Good selection and helpful staff
Absolutely terrible attitude.. my mother bought a rug and was told by the lady that worked there if it didn't suit as long as she kept receipt she could bring it back for a refund the lady stood on top of her and she said she would take it. She brought it back as it didn't fit in where she wanted to be told by the man in a rude manner she Absolutely would not get a refund he then stated. This is the 2nd lot of people told the wrong information by the same member of staff but still refused and just said I'll have another word... read more
