The sales department is the best one in Dutchess county. I just wish the same could be said about the service department. I had an oil change appointment first thing this morning. I was there for about an hour. I noticed my car pulling around the building. So I walked up to the service counter and asked to pay. I was told that my car was brought back in for a recall. I have been using Ruge's for years and they are always friendly, courteous and extremely helpful to ensure you are totally satisfied with your new vehicle. Jonathan, Ryan and Joe have always been a pleasure to deal with. Also the service dept. has always been helpful in anything that has been needed to be done.
