We have purchased two Subarus here since 2014. When we take our cars there for regular service the work is done correctly, quickly, and at a reasonable price. We have worked with and heard about many dealers over the years, and this dealer is by far the best.
I bought my first Subaru at Ruge's in Rhinebeck in 1999. We received such excellent service that we kept going back. We have bought 6 consecutive cars. Two weeks ago I got an Island Blue 2018 Impreza. Ryan Kelly was our salesperson, and he was well informed, helpful and funny. Ryan also brokered my husband's car and our daughter's first car. I feel at home in this dealership. They take good care of us.
Friends of mine convinced me to cross the river for an oil change. What can I say. In the middle of life's craziness I didn't even notice that one hectic year had passed since I bought the car and my inspection was due. It got done, no prob. And they took the time to answer my questions about stuff like mice under the hood without making me feel like the clock was ticking. This level of customer attention doesn't happen by accident. It clearly is high on their list of how to do business. It is appreciated!
We had a great experience. Highly recommend. They gave us exactly what we were looking for in our trade in and we have a new super pre owned car that we love! ❤️
