Great experience. No stress, no pressure, and did not let me leave without making sure I fully understood the features on my new vehicle. Plus my sales person (Ryan) was incredibly responsive to emails (even on his days off) and then he even washed off my transferred license plates before putting them on the new car! It sounds silly but it was a nice touch!

I recently purchased a 2018 Outback at Ruge's Subaru and have been truly impressed and pleased with the whole experience. I worked with Jenn Mears who was responsive, really helpful, always pleasant and a true delight. This is what buying a car should be like! Pricing was fair, the amount paid for my trade was appropriate and the whole transaction a pleasure from start to finish. I will tell my friends.
