Blown out headlight, called yesterday was offered appointment for later that morning, which is impressive but I couldn’t do it. Made appointment for today. I think I spoke to Tina if I remember correctly ( if I’m wrong I am so sorry) she was very friendly and cheerful. I drove to the appointment with a trooper on my tail after he saw me with the light out and he pulled out from the fairground entrance, before he could get to me I turned in and was in and out in under 30 minutes! The staff was super great. Everything was easy, from making the appointment to picking up the car. They even dropped me off at work and asked if I needed a ride back when it was ready! I would definitely recommend their service department to friends and family.

My experience with the service department has been just wonderful the last 2 times. They accommodated me at the last minute, were very efficient and finished the work within the estimated time. Staff is very professional and the lounge is a comfortable place to wait.
So pleased with the customer service I’ve received. I was searching for a used Subaru and one was found within my budget. Not only did they find me a great car, but took care of maintenance that would have been coming up on the vehicle. A huge surprise! I was so impressed in a world of probable disappointment!
