Ordinarily, I would highly recommend Ruges Subaru. We bought our 2019 Forester from them and were very pleased with our purchasing experience and the servicing since then. So, when we got an offer to trade in our 2019 for a 2020 with lower monthly payments and 0% financing for 60 months, we made an appointment. The only thing I can say in our defense is that the trade-up messaging is controlled and sent to you by Subaru, not Ruge's so they are the ones that dangled the unavailable 0% 2020 models in front of you... As is the way when a new year comes in, the 0% goes away and a 2.9% shift is sadly not going to lower your rate. Stopped by just to look. Austin came out and introduced himself to us. We told him what we wanted and he showed us with no sales pressure at all. After a few calls back and forth we agree to a price.
