Wife’s car went in for a heater core and after spending over $600 on this visit her radio is scratched up as well as her dash surround around cluster is messed up. We brought it up to the service manager (jack) who was completely unprofessional and accused my wife of doing it herself. In the last 2 years alone we have spent over 6k dollars in service not counting the parts we buy from the parts dept. now they are telling us they don’t want our business because your “master” tech damaged her radio and dash around her cluster ... read more
