Not too positive: - Was interested in one particular car. - Contacted them thru CarGurus right after the add has been posted (10/22/18) - Asked for pics of the car (10/22) and emphasized that I'm willing to come (Chicago area) if the car looks good. - Was told that the car is being reconditioned and the pictures will be available early next week. - Waited patiently entire week checking the post on daily basis for any update. - General Sales Manager (GSM) contacted me via email as well (10/25) asking if all my expectations ha... read more

I live 600 miles from the dealership and without me asking, the salesperson sent me a video of the outside and inside of the car made with her cell phone.

Sales person was very nice, but couldn't offer a lot of info on the Subaru we were buying. She ended up Googling the answers to our questions. She called us so we didn't drive 50 miles to see the car when she thought the car was sold / about to be sold. I thought that was considerate.
