Tony Zemke at Rudy Luther Toyota was really on the ball, called me in advance of my visit, had the van ready when I arrived, and we had the initial paperwork done within an hour (It was the weekend, so more loan approval, etc. was needed on Monday.). Monday's visit went well too. No complaints. He walked me through each step, and I drove away with a new van within a reasonable time.

The salesman I worked with with was pleasant, non-judgmental and did not pressure me at all. The car ended up being too big for my needs. I wish they had spent some time cleaning the interior as there was chocolate on the back seat (at least I hope it was chocolate) and smears of dirt on ceiling.

Overall my experience was good. Very courteous salesman. The vehicle was in pristine shape. My only complaint was that I had indicated that I was looking for a vehicle with navigation and after the purchase I discovered that the vehicle was in need of a $700.00 SD card for that feature to be operable. I however would return to the dealership for future purchases.

She was very helpful and she has been trying to get ahold of me to see how she could be of assistance, but I haven't been able to talk to her while I'm at work. I wish you had a dealership closer to my location

The experience at the dealership was nice and smooth! The car was exactly what I was looking for as a first car. Everyone there was super nice and I would definitely work with them again in the future! They communicated with me very well and answered all my questions.

Jesse was an awesome salesman. He was accommodating and answered all my questions. I didn't buy from them, but would have ,but the car didn't work for me. Comfortable dealership. Felt important and didn't get hassled to buy when I wasn't ready.
