Very easy to work with
The vehicle was filthy when I got to the car dealership, they were aware for 3 days that we were coming to test drive. The truck also was out of gas, we had to wait until they went to put gas in it. The salesman just sat in his chair leaning back as we were asking questions about the vehicle, he never asked us to sit. I would never recommend that dealership!

I went to Rudy toyota, this last Saturday to trade in my vehicle and perhaps purchase a used car. First and foremost, we got an appointment before hand and got their on time, and were sent to Eric Swenson. Eric, was not interested in selling anything, and was busy with another customer at the same time. He was not inviting, and the feeling he gave was off that we were a burden to him, and how dare we interrupt his busy Saturday.
