I went to Rudy toyota, this last Saturday to trade in my vehicle and perhaps purchase a used car. First and foremost, we got an appointment before hand and got their on time, and were sent to Eric Swenson. Eric, was not interested in selling anything, and was busy with another customer at the same time. He was not inviting, and the feeling he gave was off that we were a burden to him, and how dare we interrupt his busy Saturday. Good car but not represented accurately. We were told by the salesman that the car had an Entune package which would definitely allow a SiriusXM radio subscription. After we bought the car, the XM radio company could not detect the radio. The dealership then informed us that a $600 update was necessary to receive the SiriusXM signal.
