I've been with Dr. Ruder for several years now. He has always been personable, attentive and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.
While Dr. Ruder has been pleasant enough during our appointments, the office staff has been uncommunicative, made big mistakes resulting in billing issues, and most recently Dr. Ruder was unwilling to assist and give supporting documentation for medication insurance approval that he prescribed! At $125 a visit and charging additional $20 to provide prior authorizations picking up the telephone to discuss an action plan is the least that can be done. I was dissatisfied with the care provided by Dr. Ruder. I felt as though he was not professional, in terms of his arrival on time to appointments.
Since I started seeing Dr. Ruder for 6 years now, I have never felt better after a few adjustments in my medication. He listens and treats you with the upmost respect.
Experience was well in the beginning after a year then he went rogue if u missed 4 appointments in a year. I felt like I was betrayed and he has lost my respect totally.
Dr. Rider doesn’t treat bipolar disorder. If you have something simple, he may take you on. You have to fill out an email with your information and he decides if he wants to see you.
Dr. Ruder is a great listener. He is kind, has a very calm/caring demeanor, and you're able to feel that he is truly taking your input into consideration.
Dr Ruetter is one of the best at what he does. Take his time and really cares about his pts. I would recommend him anyday to anybody. Thank you for what you do.
Dr. Ruder is a great psychiatrist. He is very attentive and listens closely to his patients' problems. I always feel very comfortable in our sessions and he shows the utmost care & professionalism.
