Worth every penny visit every year and leave feeling more relaxed than anything couldn't recommend more
The place is Great for the Spa and the treatments it offers. Wow .
It was mother and daughter day out - birthday celebrating - half day spa booked, incl. breakfast. Very nice, friendly staff, perfect service. We spent fantastic time! Special thanks to Agnes, who surprised me with a delicious piece of birthday cake and singing happy birthday in my language🥺 Agnes also treated me to prosecco - THANK YOU Beata & Natalia
Amazing facilities!!! But My treatment would be so much more enjoyable if therapists wouldn’t lean on my head with her stomach each time she lean over to massage my back I try to shuffle each time to let her know this was uncomfortable and very much on opposite side of relaxation.. unfortunately she didn’t read my body language. Breakfast at the spa cafe was dissatisfying. Waited 30min for it to then have toast hard as a brick. Sonia who did my treatment was absolutely lovely very professional and knowledgeable, it ws such a beautiful experience and the escape rooms were so peaceful and relaxing. A perfect way to zone out. The food and Horto staff were lovely and the spa staff explained things to us. We all had fun celebrating a 50th. Thank you.
