I’m happy with the work Rudders & Payne have completed on my home. The staff are professional and efficient with the work completed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with damp issues.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We paid £180 for a survey, and the surveyor said the job would be approx £2500. The quote was actually £5000, but we still chose to go ahead. After two days, despite the survey, they said the job was more extensive and the cost would be more than double the initial quote. They said they had a daily rate. Our ring doorbell could not in any way, even with the most generous assumption of what a day might consist of, come anywhwere close to their costs. They reconstructed a window seat as part of the job... read more
