My daughter took my car to this car wash today. The price board says £20 for inside and out. I’ve paid £23 on several occasions because they said the price went up but they don’t advertise that. Today they charged £25 and when my daughter queried it, they laughed and made comments that made her feel uncomfortable. On top of that, they did a poor job of cleaning my car inside and out - see photos. They’ve lost our custom!
