Slow service, cold food and non professional looking people
As a chef, I know what a medium done steak is supposed to look like. My friends steak was at best medium rare. The manager tried to apologize but to tried to justify the doneness of the steak was correct. They attempted to up temp the steak, but my friend did not like it and ended not eating the meal. It was over done.
Burnt scrambled eggs along with hash browns ham it was a horrible eating experience and yet the waitress never said anything about my burnt food

My daughter and I ate a leisurely, enjoyable lunch here. I ordered the Cajun Ribeye Steak with the loaded Baked Potato and Onion Rings. My steak did not taste like a Cajun style steak compared to the similar type steak that I had eaten before in other restaurants. However, the steak was cooked perfectly and was very delicious as were the Baked Potato and Onion Rings. My daughter had the BBQ Ribs with Broccoli and the loaded Baked Potato also. Food and service were excellent!
The food was prepared very well. The staff were every bit the professional and courteous one could hope for. Hats off to who ever taught them and to the team of servers and chefs who bought into being the best they can be!
Myvl husband enjoyed the Glazed pork chop with green beans n mashed potato. I had the very soft pull off the meat barbecue ribs with french fries n shrimp... yummy. Thank you also for a very clean environment even the restrooms. The waitress was good.
