Great food, good service, love the peach tea. Visited a newer RT in Kapolei. Ribs better than Chilis. Love the Southern Sampler.

Very nice place but like food to hot .
Being vegetarian, it is always challenging to eat out. I had the 3 sides, with baked potato. it was the smallest potato I have ever seen. my husband had the salad bar. There use to be fruit on the salad bar, not now! I will stick with Chilis, they have much better options and food.
We live in Waianae and we love the salad bar and the bloody Mary’s . The food is terrific. What happened to your employees and your customer service? It seems they can’t find employees that care. Maybe it’s management not helping or training . If you don’t change your inabilities to serve your customers you might as well just lock your doors.
