Just came to eat dinner. Asked for a table for 6. Employee tells me they CANNOT accommodate a table for us but can separate us into two tables.Totally ridiculous!! Mind you the restaurant was EMPTY as well. Scratching this restaurant off my list of places to go. Buh-bye!
RecommendedUpon entry to the resturant the host was very friendly and quick to get us to our sitting. Waitress Cheryl, friendly, very patient with the elder, quick to our order, continuous check-in during our time there. All staff was on it at all time. Food perfect and delicious!Overall, highly recommend the Kapolei Ruby Tuesday!
our server was awesome but I don't really care for a wait only to get a cold plate!!!! I ordered the triple plate with ribs shrimps & chicken tenders loaded baked potato... They were out of the dirty rice.... my food was COLD... Nothing like eating cold baked potato.... the cook had the nerve to come out & ask what was wrong with my meal... Make me another plate... yeah right only to wait again!!!!! 2nd time & again a big disappointment!!!!
I recommend the Chicken Katsu Moco during breakfast! It’s SO good! You will not be disappointed!
dine in just starting to open in hawaii! I felt completely safe and the staff was great we enjoyed our lunch!
Ruby Tuesday’s in Kapolei is the bomb. Their salad bar has a lot of choices to choose from therefore it’ll keep you busy eating while waiting for your main dish to come out. The service has always been good and the food taste so ono.
Came for lunch, ordered a hamburger and found a nice long hair in my food. Sent it back. Manager and waitress apologized. Had the meal taken off the bill, but then they charged me for the replacement meal. Thanks for taking off the food with the long hair at least I guess 🙄 Walking outside and seeing kitchen staff smoking and playing on their phones with the gloves they were to prep food with...um disgusting.
breakfast was delicious. good size portion.
