FOOD WAS OK...SERVICE WAS VERYYYY SLOW.WAITER WAS VERY NICE THO!
Dine in service to be terrible. The bar staff has been great every time I have come in. On Friday night I took my twelve year old daughter to eat. We were sat at 9:30pm and at 10:05pm we left. At no point did any staff approach our table. The table in front placed their order and the table in back of us received their meal. I will never go back !!
RecommendedMy food was delicious but it was a little bit off food for $13.00 if maybe I ordered the under 300 calorie food I'm not sure but when I got my plate I was like is this it. But don't get me wrong the food was great I was just expecting more food for the price. Also my drink was amazing overall good time.
Service is horrible, took 15 minutes to bring silverware. And we finally received it they were dirty.
RecommendedWe ate the bar, the server was prompt, courteous and we'll mannered. Our food was prepared and delivered in a timely manner. I didn't have an alcoholic drink but people in my party did and they had no complaints about their drinks or service. Overall, I always have a great time at any Ruby Tuesday I visit. Dirty tables. Horrible service. Not one refill. Broken glass on floor. I'll never return!!!
