Ate there Saturday. My husband ordered well done cheeseburger. It came and was raw. They took it back and 20 minutes later (when everyone else was finished) they brought the same cheeseburger and cold fries back to him. The manager did offer to take it back but the rest of us were done so he said no. I ordered jumbo lump crab cakes which came out practically flat, about the size of silver dollar pancakes and not one piece of jumbo lump crab meat did I find. The server was great! The food...horrible! I ordered the Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad and when my plate was delivered to the table, the grilled salmon was broken into pieces. It looked like the salmon fell on the floor or counter and then put on the plate. So I asked for the mgr. My Husband just had dinner there Tuesday, August 25 and the food was terrible (greasy) very disappointed. Won't eat there again.

The server was awesome and polite, but the food is not that great. Ruby Tuesdays has gone down hill over the years. The salad bar leaves a lot to be desired. The ranch is awful. Really runny.

Steak was all gristle. ...20 bucks for inedible crap, manager asked if I wanted any thing else, chose the loaded baked potato, potato was not cooked all the way through. I'm done with this place, mostly because it ruined my wedding anniversary
