Worst experience ever. Here with my friend right now. Been here almost 2 hours. His burger was rare. He asked for well done. My salad lettuce was brown. The ingredients were not fresh. The server literally told me to go the garden bar myself to make a new fresh salad. Speaking of the server, we barely saw her. Then I ordered the apple crumble for dessert. I literally got a bowl of ice cream soup. Disgusting!
Slow slow service! ! Received mgr who advised sending coupon to come eat again...skeptical!
The waiter was very nice but all of the food looked and tasted greasy. I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen but it didn't look appealing nor did it taste very good. It took a long time to get our drinks too. Dessert on the other hand was good.
Service was slow as shit. Horrible experience. Only a matter of time before this poorly ran Ruby Tuesday closes. Save yourself the hassle and eat elsewhere. You're only going to be disappointed with these idiots working there.
My wife and I were traveling, spending the night next door at the Drury. We haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in quiet a while even though we have one near us, decided to eat here because of the convenience. What a disappointment, first two items we ordered they were out of, even though it did not appear to be that busy. Dirty plate, slow service. Don't know if we ever want to return to one.
