This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesdays. It is easy to see why so many are closing. I got an email from RTuesday Sunday morning. The header of the email said Today only Garden bar $5 & $3.99 cheeseburger. Cant decide have them both for 7.98. The email also mentions "participating location".
