I had a fantastic peppercorn steak artisan asiago cheese, mashed potato and green beans. It was delicious 😋, but my husband tasted he ate more of my steak😔. We went to chilis today, he had some steak it didn't taste the same. So, Ruby's the best.
RecommendedMy experience here was awesome the service was excellent and I had the honey bourbon porkchop snd it was very tender and seasoned to perfection I couldn't have asked for a better dinner thanks to all the workers there
Went there for the first time tonight and we got the WORST service we had ever received at a restaurant. We got there at 7:15pm and did not get to order our food and drinks till 7:39pm. We waited till 8:10pm to get our drinks. We wait and decide to request for the manger and we get another server to talk to us. At 8:30pm, almost an hour later, we get our appetizer. The worst service I've ever had in my entire life from an restaurant.
ABSOLUTELY hands down the worst experience as far as food quality, time waiting for food. First I attempted to order online, which failed, then went to order in restaurant, Placed order at 9:12pm, food came out at 9:54pm. Maybe a hand full of people were in the restaurant which 90% was at the bar We asked for the burgers to be well done. Completely PINK! what took so long? My family and I visited the restaurant Saturday July 29. We were seated pretty quick. Because there was only like 10 other people there. From there it was awful. We waited for over an hour to get our food which some of it wasn't even what we ordered. Other folks were complaining about the service. There were 9 of us So it was really bad. We love ruby tuesday. But this experience was really bad. Spent well Over 100 dollars for nothing
Supposedly the food just cooked but EVERYTHING was cold for a table of 7 no one was happy. Manager that was on duty the day of the 4th of July evening shift sucked left without resolving our issues. When I refused to pay for food that was horrible I was told that they were calling the cops my words please do they were called an my bill went from 35.00 to 7.35 NEVER will I return to this place. Altho we went early we got seated immediately. Our waitress was Samantha and she was outstanding. Got us our alcoholic beverages instantly which were very good. Took our orders and brought our appetizer within minutes. Then our food came out. We haven't had that great of service in so long!! SAMANTHA need to be recognized for her person and her big heart. We need so many waitresses just like her!!
