Service was ok food was mediocre for the price of the meals. $75.00 for 4 meals. Will not eat here again because I am happy to eat better food for a lower price somewhere else.

Waiter was awesome. My burger was a little to done, but in their defence I did request a well done burger. I will go back.

My medium-well hamburger was served burned to a crisp. They agreed to redo it. I told my husband to go ahead and eat his food while it was still warm. Needless to say, he was finished long before my redone burger arrived. I asked for a to-go box b/c we had already spent far too much time there; waitress brought the check (they took the hamburger off the bill). RecommendedDon't remember the name of or waiter! Glasses & very thin beard if someone can help out, but he was on top of it. Definitely made our dinner much better!

The service was very good but the food was very mediocre. All of the food was lukewarm and the mashed potatoes were awful. We asked the waitress if they were instant and she said that they were not instant but that they pour them out of a bag. Will probably not go back to a Ruby Tuesday's for a long time.
