Poor safe practices for our current health crisis. No masks for most servers; not separating diners throughout very large dining area; not monitoring safe practices at salad bar (which should really be closed down during this crisis). Customers were not using gloves on commonly used utensils at the bar despite sign to do so; also not wearing masks. RecommendedFood was wonderful good service and a good place for big parties
The building is a dump and is not clean. I've seen rest stops cleaner than this restaurant. I took my 3 year old to the bathroom. Our feet stuck to the carpet and tile floors on our way. Every toilet had urine and paper in them. It was hot and smelly in the restroom. My daughter commented on the stench immediately. Already disgusted, when we returned to our table, guests at a neighboring table found a hair in their ribs. We will not be returning.

We had a pretty bad experience with Ruby Tuesday today. Their food is usually pretty good. Not sure what happened. We ordered, went to pick it up and stood at the entrance for a good while. Seemed as if only one waitress was working tables and she looked up at the door several times but never acknowledged us. When she finally walked us over to the bar to pick up the order we were told it wasn't ready yet. No big deal but waited a pretty good bit for that as well. we waited one hour and half, then when we get it the broccoli was cool and the mashed potatoes to and had only one refill of tea which we asked for!

We stood at the entrance no hostess/host in sight. We dared to chance a dine in and ended up driving to Spring Hill. Longhorn Steakhouse welcomed our buisness.
