Slow service. Food was not good or what was expected. Waitress was nice.
I got the garden bar with grilled chicken added. It was very good. I love the improvements to the salad bar. It is great for someone who is gluten free, like me. You can make a meal out of it. My waiter was great too.
Food was good, service was excellent... our server was new but one of the best servers I've had anywhere... her name is Shante... I may be spelling it wrong... she was great though!
Salad bar was good; service was a bit slow, but it was crowded; could have been understaffed as well. I recommend the 3 course dinner; just the right portions; steak and chocolate dessert was just fine.
Setvice is OUTSTANDING! However! We need our Thousand Island Dressing Back & Cheese Biscuits!
The service was about the only thing good! In my opinion I think that its really pricey and the food isn't worth the price! Not impressed!

Last time of was there and must admit it was several months ago, they brought biscuits to the table prior to the meal, did not get these biscuits before, during or after the meal. Steak was ordered medium rare and it was served medium. When I mentioned it to the server she said, "I am sorry and walked off". Will be a while before I go back to Ruby Tuesday's. On a positive note, the salad bar was as good as it always is.
Small portion poor service aside from garden bar disappointing!
