Went here in December, thought I would give them another chance. Once again mashed potatoes were served cold, sent salmon back that was with it because it was not hot. No manager came out to apologize! Last time we waste our money at Ruby Tuesday in West Plains!!!!!
horrible music blasting, very poor dress code of employees, very small portions, not very good value for money.
Would be nice to have cheese in the cheese sticks

My wife and I went there last night. Burgers over cooked she had tots which were pretty crispy almost burnt same as my fries. They messed up my drink. It wasn’t even busy at the time. I don’t think I’m ever going there again. It has gone down hill!!!!

Recommendedmy son ordered 1st. he wanted a burger meat and bun only with fries. when the food came we got our food all he got was fries. when we finally got someone's attention and asked about his burger she came back and said she misunderstood what he wanted. how can you misunderstand a plain burger and fries??
