Great workshops for kids health. Dr Rubin is the expert. My kid had a rough start and his teachings were powerful in getting him well as fast as possible.

We have been doing the eye tracking and Lizard exercises that Dr. Rubin taught us. I've noticed changes! Our 7yo son does well with tracking when he hasn't been playing video games (improved over never tracking well). He also cries! I don't remember the last time he appropriately expressed sadness, frustration, anger, etc. with crying. For years he was more likely to hold it in or brush it off. He's been crying at appropriate times for nearly 2 weeks!
