Ruan was recommended by a friend who lives locally when I had a rattling catalytic converter while on holiday. He made time even though he was really busy and sorted it so that I could make the journey back home from Cornwall. Great service, really friendly, and even had a chat to my Dad (also a mechanic) to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it. Thanks so much!!

Had my electronic handbrake seize on a busy road in Newlyn whilst in Cornwall. A family member who lives locally recommended giving Ruan a call. Despite Ruan clearly being extremely busy, he agreed to have the car recovered to his garage late in the day, and then pulled out all the stops to replace my calipers the v next day enabling me to get back to Bristol. Would highly recommend Ruans to anyone. On holiday had an oil leak even though he was fully booked he asked me to come down and he'd have a look. It needed a part which he ordered and got it back the next day. If I lived nearer I would use him all the time. Top bloke and so is his mate. If there were more than 5 stars I'd give him 10

Absolute top garage. Sorted our oil covered engine bay out in record time after I forgot to replace the oil filler cap. Would use all the time if we didn't live hundreds of miles away!

Fantastic service and reasonable price. Not our usual garage, popped in following recommendations. Ruan fitted my car in as an emergency despite being obviously busy. Quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and replaced it, all within 24hrs. Could not fault - seems a genuine and nice guy, will be using him in the future!
