I live in a group of 22 apartments with about half occupied by their leaseholders and half sub-let. We wanted to replace a large national MA appointed by our freeholder with a smaller local MA accountable to us. RTMF helped us do this very efficiently which probably explains why our freeholder raised no objection to this change. RTMF were very responsive, easily contactable and provided excellent service. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently had our RTM set up, and the entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Nick, our main point of contact, was fantastic. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made sure everything was coordinated perfectly and kept us updated throughout the process. The whole team showed great attention to detail and clearly took pride in their work. RTMF helped us to acquire the right to manage for our block of flats in east London. They have been very helpful in providing information, advice and guidance throughout the process. They've always taken the time to discuss any questions and concerns and help clarify any uncertainties. Great value for money. The process of acquiring the RTM went smoothly.
