It's been a pleasure to appoint RTMf solicitors to deal with legal proceedings in acquiring the right to manage of our building. Nick handled the RTM process in the timelines expected with clear communications when available. The company should be able to get you where you want to be and free yourself of awful leasehold management companies. I have only given 4 stars due to the fact that there is a big lack of communication which led to a lot of concern that I was being scammed etc. I can assure you however that we have come out the other side and I would recommend them going forward.
So glad we contacted Nick at RTMF. We would never have managed to set up our RTM company on our own. Whenever we were anxious about how things were going or unsure what we had to do next, Nick or Steve took our phone call or emailed to reassure us that everything was going ahead smoothly,to answer our questions and to tell us that a notice had been served on our outgoing PM company etc....Just got to the point now of choosing our new management company.Yay! Edited to respond to the below: Many RTM companies struggle to find a bank account - a quick Google will confirm this, and the bank you recommended does not accept ltd by guarantee companies. I honestly believe it is straightforward - the difficulties have been in the prep for acquisition. To set up, it's £12 via a gov.uk page and then adjusting template letters. Reading all these reviews, I feel so disappointed that I haven't had the same experience in terms of customer service and follow-up queries. I've felt quite stressed and worried at times with this, and having emails ignored (or eventually replied to with specific Qs ignored) has exacerbated that. I can only assume they are having some internal issues, as so many reviews are glowing.
