I bought a Mercedes c220 from this dealership and a few minor problems came up. A big thank you to Ravi for sorting it all out. If you want a genuine car dealer to buy from he is the person.
Buy with extreme caution! If you are buying a car at RSS Autos, I stongly reccomend you pay the extra to get a mechanic to inspect the car beforehand. If Ravi objects then walk away. I bought a mercedes E Class from Ravi back in August and drove away very happy. However, two days later the ‘top up coolant’ light came on. I just sold my beloved car. I did know it is a very clean car and i wouldn’t be happy to sell it for too cheap. I didn’t wanted to deal with buyers as a private seller, after i talked to Ravi, he was quite helpful for all the process, did give me a reasonable offer, couldn’t be happier.

5* service rav will go above and boyond to help his customers, I had a problem with the car (no fault of his own) but from the moment I told rav he came 2 hours away to my address and picked the car up and fixed it fast, bringing it back in his own time out of work hours so I wasn’t without a car, I can’t thank him enough for his amazing friendly customer service, would recommend buying a car from here to anyone 👍🏼
