I am absolutely SHOCKED at how the RSPCA handle animal welfare. My cat was stuck on the balcony below us for near 24 hours and I called RSPCA as standard procedure as you are advised on the website to call RSPCA’s “trapped animals” line (Option 4) on the switchboard. A call handler named Gabby picked up and was extremely curt, unsympathetic and did not care for my cat at all - she simply stated that RSPCA do not deal with trapped animals even though there is a “trapped animals” helpline, which proved to be purposeless. Please do something about Elphaba Orion Doherty, some woman gave him a cat for free and he has no idea how to look after it and is probably using the poor cat for clout. He can’t even Look after himself let alone a cat. I’m begging you to please take the cat away from Orion’s care.
