A great experience using RSF Bathroom Designs. From initial contact, through design and installation we experienced excellent service and are very happy with our new bathroom.
I can’t recommend RSF highly enough! Absolutely brilliant customer service from Carl. I already had someone to fit my new bathroom, so didn’t use RSF for fixture. However, Carl helped with the planning and was extremely helpful with ideas for potential problems I might have. He was either available or got back to me very quickly by phone or email when I had questions. An absolute pleasure to deal with thank you so much for all your help.
The RSF team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the bathroom renovation process. From Carl with design ideas at the initial stage through to Andy, Chris & Bobby for the installation. The workmanship was of top quality in every area and you felt they really cared about delivering the best result possible to the client. Would highly recommend RSF Bathrooms and will definitely be using them in the future.
After an impressive visit to the showroom and a chat with Carl, Rick came round and gave us ideas on what to do with the bathroom. At the same time we wanted to change our old heating system with a combi boiler. Next, we went back to the showroom and picked out everything with their help.
