I bought a Prius from here recently to get into private hire work. When i got the car it had a few slight issues at the beginning but every issue i had, Rash when above and beyond to get them sorted with no hesitation. Everything they did to sort the issues was all completed to a very high standard. The car has been perfect since. All i can say is im very satisfied with the car and how they have been. Will be happy to buy another car off them in the future. Very satisfied
Bought a car last month and the alternator went. The guys at RS Prestige took full ownership of the problem and made sure the car was fixed as quickly as possible despite being nearly 200 miles away. Communication was clear and i felt i had been looked after properly.
Im a mobile mechanic in Sutton... RS Prestige called me up to fix a customers vehicle based in my area... they are professional and prompt to respond and deal with their clients... liasing with the team and their customer was very smooth. The alternator and belt change was done on their customers vehicle (they supplied the parts) and everyone was satisfied.... highly recommend.
