Recently purchased a Golf from the lovely team at RS Motors. As can sometimes be the case with a purchase to a modest budget an engine issue came to light a week or so later. This could have been problematic as I live well over 2 hours away, but Rosie said to take it to my local Tec and they'll settle to bill. A family member left a deposit on a car, booked a pre-inspection, the car had several faults one dangerously so. The car is listed above what should be the asking price. She asked if there could be any movement on price, they cancelled the deposit for absolutely nonsense reasons, 'high interest', the 'reserve button is new'. The cars still for sale and the reserve option is at a minimum, a year old. So the deposit is pointless? Incredibly poor. I recently bought a Subaru from RS Motors. We were in a difficult situation as my own car has developed a serious fault and I needed a slightly cheaper vehicle quickly to get to work which is a long journey each day. Rodney and Sonny were extremely helpful and I'm very pleased with the car. I have also been contacted to book the vehicle in for some minor MOT work by Rosie. Which shows great follow up service.
