I had a great experience renting my apartment through RR Properties. The process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The property was well-maintained and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a rental.
My experience at RR Properties wasn't great. When I arrived the appartment was very dirty (there was a used bandage near the bed,...) and not in a great condition (broken curtains, rusty microwave,...). There was no A/C and it got very hot during summer. Plus the appartment wasn't well isolated it was difficult to sleep because of the noise. It wasn't what I excepted for a price that expensive. The team is very helpful and responsive, maintenance is always done swiftly when needed. Overall very good experience.
