Needed my parcels ASAP so went direct to depot. The manger & assistant were just outstanding 10/10
There's 3 DHL depot in my area and only 1 takes returns. You can't just go to usual post office or shops. Also did not get receipt or any proof.
Went to 4 different DHL locations to keep getting advised to go to another one them don’t deal with that label etc. No recipt given or confirmation of return absolutely awful.
