I found this company just by Googling Cavity Wall Insulation Removal in my area. There were a few but this company had 5/5 reviews and now I know why! Rick explained what was needed, arranged to call out to inspect our rental property and when he had been he sent a video and photos of the very wet cavity. Excellent communication by R&R; explained the process of removing the CWI, arrived on time and are hard working, respectful and polite. Left everywhere clean and tidy on completion of the job. Also very helpful and informative on a couple of other issues I have with my property. Highly recommend.
Great service from start to finish. When giving a quotation for the work(which we found really competitive) they explained exactly what to expect and how the work would be carried out. They were really professional, polite and friendly arrived exactly on time and carried out the work in a professional manner. Following the extraction process all necessary rendering was completed to a high standard and the site was left immaculate !
