Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. Amazing experience from start to finish. Stylish interior, great vibe and awesome atmosphere. Extensive wine list. The cocktails were beautifully mixed with fresh ingredients. Our server was top-notch. Everything he recommended was on pointe. He saw I was cold and brought me a heated shawl. One of the best food experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.
