Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. I think this restaurant just wasn't quite my cup of tea. Nothing and let me repeat nothing was particularly bad. I ordered the ribeye steak and it was a little Bland for my taste. we tried a variety of appetizers and entrees, and everything was okay. as a foodie, you try different restaurants to see what you like. I'm sure a lot of people will love the restaurant. But it just wasn't quite my taste.
