Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. RecommendedExcellent wait staff. Delicious eggplant parm and spaghetti meatballs.
Their pastas are delicious and the sizes are just right. The Amalfi lemon cake desert was light and subtle, but tasty. Our server was very knowledgeable and made some really good suggestions. I also like the design of the space and how the screens can move to create different spaces. RPM definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be back.
Amazing food! Everything we ate was excellent - octopus, scallops, meatballs, roasted brussel sprouts, pasta’s (spicy crab with squid ink and tagliatelle bolognese). Yum yum!
