Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. We are 4 ladies from Detroit in town to see Hamilton, which was spectacular. Dinner at RPM Italian was the plan! What a great plan it was. From the moment you walk in you are treated with the best service. Our servers were Nicolette and Mark and we couldn't have had better. Nicolette was very attentive but not over bearing. Mark, who is a dead ringer for "Ken" of Ken and Barbie fame, could have sold us just about anything just to look at him and listen to him talk! I sat at the bar with a friend having several glasses of fine wine, and enjoyed great service from our bartenders while dining on perfectly prepared steaks, sides, and scrumptious desserts. My first time there and I plan to revisit soon!
