Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. RPM Italian offers a contemporary look and a fun vibe. Our experience from start to finish was outstanding, expertly facilitated by our terrific server, Kevin. The food was excellent! In recognition of our anniversary, RPM graciously brought out complimentary champagne. We then started with a cheese and salumi plate and the Fritto Misto. Delicious! Eaten here before. My fav’s are the meatballs, fried olives, ricotta cheese, rib pasta. Always great service. Will be back!
