Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. Everything was fresh! Service was spectacular. We were seated late and immediately greeted with fresh mozzarella for our wait. Definitely plan to return next time I'm in Chicago!
