The owner is very welcoming and always willing to ensure people who may not be familiar with DYI understand what they need to, to get the right price and part. Call him anytime and he’ll always have a conversation about equipment and services parts, he’s trustworthy and I believe he’s happy to order or acquire parts that he may not have in stock.
