R&P recently undertook repair work on my VW Golf. I found Josh Lang and the team very helpful indeed and the work that was carried out was excellent. My car looks like new. I would strongly recommend this company.
They did a good job of my repair. However, 3 months after the repair they contacted me to say I had incurred a parking charge whilst driving their courtesy car. I asked them to email me the charge. I did not receive it. 3 months later they contacted me to say they had received a final demand. It transpired they had emailed the parking charge to the wrong email address.
