We bought a house knowing the boiler and water tank were old, and when it started losing pressure and leaking we called in a few different companies for quotes. Three different companies told us we needed a whole new combi-boiler system, looking at around £4.5k. The wonderful guys at Roysia were our last quote. They took a look at the boiler and said it was old but totally fine - the hot water tank and its components needed some replacements work, total cost £350. Will very rarely write a review but I'm so impressed by the response to my emergency call out this morning that I have to tell the world! It's Saturday morning, it's -1 outside and I've left voicemail messages with at least 7 different local boiler repair people. I was preparing myself to ride out the weekend curled up in front of the oven, then Chris from Roysia returned my call and within an hour the boiler was fixed.
