New Roof Our house required the replacement of both a flat roof and a shingled roof with dormers. Royal York Roofing responded quickly, provided a fair estimate, and completed the job within the agreed upon time period in spite of having to work around several rainy days. The team members worked extremely hard, showed expertise in their attention to detail, did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day, and were courteous.

New shingles for our home and garage We hired Royal York Roofing in 2011 to redo the roof of our home and garage. We recently noticed some water infiltration at the base of our skylight. After sending an estimator to assess the situation, Pavel booked Dennis to do the necessary repairs. Dennis was easy to talk to and he did a great job repairing the roof.
Roofing replace . We are very happy with the work provided by Royal York Roofing Ltd. It was done super fast , very neat, and highly professional. We would definitely recommend this company to all our friends and relatives . Great job !

Outstanding roofing work done in Parkdale..... We contacted Royal York Roofing on the recommendation of a contractor friend – he uses Pavel and his team multiple times a year and expressed his satisfaction based on many jobs. Slate Roof Repairs I own a 100 year old house in Cedarvale area of Toronto and love its original slate roof. Unfortunately, the dormer portion of the roof had been misused by cable companies and satellite dish companies and needed restoration. Great work involving new slate tiles and copper flashing. Most roofing companies do not have experience with slate but Royal York have delighted me twice with work done. Proper quote and written contract both times. Excellent work.

Partial new sheathing and total new roof shingles Bruce Windsor was my initial contact. He came to see roof promptly, gave us a quotation, and was pleasant to deal with. I subsequently obtained several other quotations. I had further discussions with Bruce regarding the potential cost of new sheathing, and decided to accept Royal York's quotation. New Roof We are very happy with our new roof from Royal York Roofing. After interviewing two other companies, I decided on Royal York. Bruce, the salesperson, was very informative and trustworthy. He offered a payment plan that was unbeatable. The roofers were meticulous and made a terrific-looking roof. What an improvement!

Roof Replacements, Roofing Vents Royal York Roofing did a good job with a full roofing job in Sep 2013, and did a great job with removing old shingles, cleanup and disposal. As a result the neighbour also contracted RYR to do their reshingling job at the same time. Recently neighbours advised us that they saw squirrels going in and out of the roof via one of the vents. It turns out they have bitten through the polyurethane duraflo vents. We called RYR to assess and they are working with us to resolve the issue.
