Gazebo shake roof reno Our 20 year old gazebo roof was in sad shape and we needed a whole new roof. Royal York Roofing is one of the few roofer that do cedar shakes and we gave the job to them. They did the job in a professional, timely manner. We were especially impressed with the way they cleaned the job site each night before leaving. The little extra touches such as the metal cladding on the cupola we’re especially nice. We are really enjoying our gazebo again and highly recommend Royal York Roofing.

Whole Roof replacement shingle and flat roof Royal York Roofing was prompt when called to make an estimate. They minimized customer/contractor face to face contact during this process due to the COVID pandemic. Pavel and his team replaced my entire roof in a timely manner. Replace Roof Shingle Royal York Roofing company was a pleasant company to work with from start to finish. The company replied the next day after my initial online request to schedule for an estimator to come by. The estimator showed up ahead of schedule and was able to explain different qualities of roofing and shingles options available to me, which is great. Quoting for a job Scheduled an onsite assessment/quote at one of my properties. Waiting 1.5 hours. No show. Called back for an update but scheduler had to email the team and still a no show. I'd like to provide an update. Estimator called and I missed it. They had come anyway and did the survey and estimate. I received the quote the very next day and an email follow up to my concerns.

Roofing a Victorian The best company I’ve ever worked with! So professional, detail oriented with old-school customer service - genuine care and approach. New Roof Working with Royal York Roofing was a great experience right from the beginning. They showed up twice to explain different options for me. They clearly explained the pros and cons for the options and never pressured me into anything. Everything was explained in advance and they did the job exactly as they said they would. Roofing project Royal York Roofing did a very professional job on a garage roofing job. Despite just coming out of the COVID emergency restrictions, Royal York was very easy to work with. Pricing was very competitive compared to two other quotes. Prompt, polite, professional and minimally disruptive. Clean up was spotless. Customer service was excellent. Managed a difficult neighbour very well. They came back to take off a left over capping shingle promptly. Highly recommended!

New Roof Punctual service, answered my questions, explained what needed to be done, tidied up when finished! I was totally satisfied with the work and the communication. Also pointed out an issue (soffits) that I should deal with.
