Roofing Came on time when appointment made. Very efficient were able to get the roof done in the time frame available. Good job of cleaning up all the waste material. Would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Roof replacement We had Royal York Roofing completely replace our 25yr+ old roof (and a skylight) in March and are extremely happy with the job they did. The estimate (which was very reasonable) and explanation of how the job would be done was fast and straightforward and they were able to start and complete the job within a week (3-4 days of work for a 1800 sq ft footprint). Flat roof, siding, deck I have M&R roofing company just finished my two level of flat roofs. The quote was kind of high but the quality reflected on the price. Mark Vassallo, your expertise on flat roof isn't mute, good job and keep going! Flat roof and shingle roof replacement We needed a new shingle roof and two flat roofs on our older midtown home in Toronto so we called Royal York roofing for an estimate along with two other contractors. Royal was not the most inexpensive but Bruce, the RYR representative seemed knowledgeable and upfront with the costs associated with re roofing our house. Roofing renovation We contacted Royal York Roofing after a heavy downpour in September 2016. They scheduled an appointment for the next day at 1PM and Vitally was very prompt. He reviewed in detail the shingles on the entire roof as well as the flat roof would need to be replaced. He estimated 10 days-2 weeks to start. As we had significant leaking he returned to the office and within 2 hours called to say he spoke with the "boss" and with the severe leaking could start tomorrow if that was convenient. Roof replacement (shingles), rebuilt Chimney We were very pleased with the workmanship done by Royal York roofing We had all the shingles replace, eaves redone and chimney rebuilt. Bruce walked us through the process in detail. The three crews were extremely careful of the surrounding area so no damage was done. Each crew were very pleasant and answered all of our questions. It was a big undertaking but at the end we were extremely pleased with the work that was done

roof shingles We are very happy we chose Royal York Roofing. The people were nice and very professional. The roofers came in a very timely manner, did a great job. I was impressed with how neat they kept the area around the house and after they were done you couldn't see any sign they were there.

New Roof Doring the rains of May 5th & 6th, I discovered I had a leak in my roof. I contacted Bruce from RY roofing and received a quote. Bruce was very professional and we agreeded on the job the next day. In a couple day's, when I returned from work I could see the job was underway. The next day it was completed. I never met the crew but they too were extremely professional, one would never know that a project had happened. Extremely happy on my end. Thank you Royal York Roofing. Michael Puhacz
