Cedar shake roof with copper fittings I contracted Royal York Roofing to replace my existing standard roof shingles with cedar shake and copper fixtures replacement. Right from meeting the sales rep until the final, the service was excellent. They were very detailed and addressed every of our specific concerns quickly and professionally through out the duration of the job. We are quite happy with the results and would heartily recommended Royal York Roofing especially if you are considering a cedar shake roof replacement.

Excellent service! From the office staff, sales rep, to the workman on the roof, RYR delivered excellent service. They were honest, prompt, efficient, clear about what to expect and delivered against their commitment. The cost was comparably price and includes a transferable warranty; meaning the warranty is on the roof of the house, not with us as current owners. New Roof Thank you for your professional workmanship ,honesty, quick response detail oriented fair price. I got three estimates from other companies Your straight forward facts, samples and knowledge long history was decided factor for using your company. Pricing was similar in some cases lower. Very professional crew The crew were very efficient and respectful of both us and our neighbours. We were quite impressed with how well organized they were, how quickly they got the job done (ours was complicated: chimneys to remove, rotten boards, lots of flat roof that interfaces directly with sloping shingled roof, etc. They were also able to replace some old gutters and did some fairly complex sheet metal work. Re-shingled our old home Loved working with Royal York! It took a while to get the job done but that is to be expected since it was rainy this summer which caused a lot of delays and they've been busy since the windstorm. Instead of taking the 3 days they initially said it would take, they showed up with a massive crew and got it all done in a day (with just a few touches added the next day). Flat Roof Quality workmanship through all stages of removal, disposal and multi layers of roofing on a one car garage flat roof. The completion of the contract was fulfilled as Royal York Roofing promised.

Complex roof replacement Royal York Roofing did a great job start to finish on a tough job: 45 degree angles, multiple peaks, flat section and very poor condition shingles. Vitaliy came on site to provide the quote (other roofing companies only used satellite images to estimate) and took the time to answer all my questions without pressuring.
